Refund policy

At Lambretta we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you need to return an unused item we have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return and send the items back to us. Requests for returns outside of the 28 days will not be accepted. Please note we do not offer a free returns service so a return will be at the cost of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return your online order in a few easy steps:

  1. To start a return you will need to log in to your account and select the order in which you wish to returns item from. 
  2. Select the items you want to return and submit request return; we will review your request and then either approve/decline.
  3. If approved you can then securely pack your unwanted items in their unworn original condition in a parcel bag with the returns slip and send back to us.

Items sent back to us without receiving an approved returns request email will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

GOODS PURCHASED IN OUR LAMBRETTA STORES

Any items that are returned to store must be taken back to the store that they were purchased from. A refund or exchange will be given within 28 days.
Goods returned must be unworn, in a saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached with a valid proof of purchase. We will accept either a paper till receipt or a copy of the eReceipt.

Refunds and exchanges can only be made in country of purchase and made against the original form of payment. Goods purchased in a Lambretta store cannot be refunded online via our website.

EXCLUSIONS

Lambretta Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders where:

1) Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you, the customer, have provided to us, for example, where you provide us with: an incorrect payment card number, expiry date or card security value number; incorrect billing information (e.g. where the billing information you provide is different from the information that the bank or building society which issued your payment card has on record); insufficient or an incorrect shipping address (i.e. street address, city, country or postcode); or fraudulent information;

2) There is an error on our Site relating to the Merchandise that you have Ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the Merchandise as displayed on our Site; or

3) The Merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available through our Site.

We will, unless we suspect that your order was placed for fraudulent purposes, send you an email, to the email address that you have provided to us, if we are unable to accept your order, informing you of the reason.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items won in our Giveaways.

Lambretta reserve the right (under certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for further inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
